To be 25 years old (if you are under 25 you will be required to pay a young driver’s fee, which varies by rental location.
Valid Driver’s License with a photo is required.
Any driver’s license with certain restrictions may be declined, depending on the restriction.
Valid Major Credit Card.
Your own full coverage auto insurance.
All vehicles must be returned to the rental location with the exact level of fuel as rented. If the vehicle is not returned with the same level of gas, a $30.00 administration fee will apply in addition to the cost of fuel.
Vehicles are assigned a certain amount of free miles that can be used by the renter. The renter is responsible for paying for additional miles or choose to add unlimited miles package. If the RENTER/DRIVER(s) exceed the daily allowed miles limit identified on this agreement, charges of USD $0.90 per Miles will apply.
Maximum of 1 additional driver is allowed on the rental agreement. A surcharge of USD $9.99 applies per day.
We DON’T allow PETS of any kind in our rental vehicles. Our rental fleet is 100% NON-SMOKING/VAPING. If you or your passengers choose to smoke, we suggest you smoke outside the vehicle. Should you or one of your passengers choose to smoke or bring a pet of any kind in your rental vehicle a USD $250.00 + applicable tax for detailing/shampoo will be applied to your account.
Any renter who wishes to use a Credit Card that covers rental insurance, or use their transferable insurance with the required endorsement may transfer it to certain rental vehicles. Proof of insurance must be presented at the time of the rental for verification by your insurance provider. If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of rental, the customer is required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered by Deluxe Car & Truck Rentals. If the collision damage waiver or tire and windshield damage waiver is declined, the customer personally assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the total cash value of the vehicle and/or any other charges such as towing, storage fees, etc resulting from any damages incurred while rented.
Deluxe Car & Truck Rentals is NOT responsible for any damage(s) to or loss of customer(s) or anyone else’s property left in the rental vehicle or in any other vehicle on Deluxe Car & Truck Rentals premises or possession.
Clients are responsible to pay for all Toll charges, Red Light Tickets, or Speed Camera Tickets accumulated while renting a vehicle from Deluxe Car & Truck Rentals. If charges for tolls and/or any other tickets are incurred, then the amount plus an additional USD $50.00 + applicable tax for administration fee is applied to the client.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $50 + applicable tax.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $100Â + applicable tax.
If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer; you must contact the location where you picked up the vehicle to extend your rental and pay upfront for any additional rental days. This may result in a change to your rates, taxes, surcharges, or underage fees.

Renters will need to provide a credit card with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the rental plus an additional amount of USD $500 for a security deposit. Higher-end cars will require a different Security deposit amount.
